I probably should have some sort of about me page on this website but I don’t. I should have a really nice logistical page clarifying what my hate for church really is, but I don’t. I should layout a 10 point post stating why I love the church and why I use the word hate in its place, but I don’t. Look people! I know I should, I don’t but maybe you will actually read some of these posts and figure it all out?
This past weekend some friend and I embarked on a local project which has been a dream of mine for a bit of time. We grouped up, picked up a few cases of bottled water, ice and coolers and distributed to bar hoppers in our town (Tinley Park, IL.) Read the rest of this entry »

I Hate Church says “thank you” to the people (see end of post) who make this Haiti campaign move. Your support of GesuCristo and our tshirt initiative puts life in a new light, with a whole new cast and crew. It is much more exciting – like drinking Coca Cola for the first time – finding those fizzy bubbles somehow go through your nose and into your brain. One time in a dark galaxy far, far away, someone approached me and asked me the all encompassing “life” question. After a week full of organic red meat, simple sugars and fantasy football drafts, my mind wanders through this clutter trying to find productive moments. I find myself staring out my lounge room window as if I were looking for something. Maybe it was the cloudy-fog-mist mixing a fairy tale in my mind. It was if if my brain was telling me, “hey, you see that fog outside? That is what I feel like this morning.” Before I figured out I was talking to myself, I realized the time and searched for a blast of espresso from Give Love Coffee. (Thank you to Shannon LaFrance).
